Xiaomi’s official REDMI Weibo account announced today that a new 16GB+1TB version of the REDMI Turbo 5 Max is available, starting at 3399 yuan. It is now on sale through various online channels, with a national subsidy price bringing it down to 2882.01 yuan.
As noted by GSMAura, Xiaomi’s REDMI mobile phone marketing manager, Zhang Yu, revealed in an article today that the newly added 16GB+1TB version of the REDMI Turbo 5 Max ‘has a high cost and a small quantity, so it’s first come, first served.
When some netizens suggested that future product launches should explicitly state that a 16GB+1TB version will be available, Zhang Yu lamented in response, ‘That’s a very small quantity, and it’s very expensive.According to reports, the Xiaomi REDMI Turbo 5 Max is the world’s first phone to feature the Dimensity 9500s processor.
