OPPO has launched its new A6s 5G smartphone in India, targeting the mid-range segment with a strong emphasis on battery life and performance. This device boasts a massive 6,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging and also features a powerful 50MP dual rear camera.
Expanding its A Series portfolio, OPPO on Wednesday launched the OPPO A6s 5G in India. With a focus on the mid-range segment, it is said to prioritize battery life, performance, and camera capabilities. Here is what the device has to offer.
OPPO A6s 5G: Complete Specifications and Key Features
Running on ColorOS 15, the OPPO A6s 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. It also includes features such as AI GameBoost for improved gaming performance, along with AI LinkBoost 3.0 for better network connectivity in low-signal environments.
Backed by its Trinity Engine and Luminous Rendering Engine, OPPO said the device is optimised for smooth performance across everyday tasks such as app switching, scrolling, and photo capture.
Led by a 50MP primary sensor alongside a 2MP secondary lens, the smartphone comes with a dual rear camera setup. OPPO said it is optimised for low-light photography and portrait shots with improved clarity and colour balance. The device also includes a 5MP front camera with a natural beauty mode aimed at preserving facial details.
A key highlight is the 6,500mAh battery, which the company claims can deliver up to 22.4 hours of video playback. According to the company, the device supports 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging, capable of charging from 1% to 41% in 30 minutes.
In terms of design, the OPPO A6s 5G features a unibody metallic frame and a flagship-inspired design. It measures 8.61mm in thickness and weighs around 212 grams.

The OPPO A6s 5G is priced at Rs 18,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant and Rs 20,999 for the 6GB+128GB model. Coming in Aurora Gold and Plum Purple colour options, the device will be available starting today via Amazon, Flipkart, the OPPO Store and offline retail outlets.
As part of launch offers on select credit cards, customers can avail an instant cashback of Rs 1,000 and up to three months of no-cost EMI. Zero down payment schemes of up to eight months are also being offered through partner financial institutions.
