Samsung’s next flagships, the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+, just had their key specifications leaked ahead of the official launch. For those looking for a more robust generation upgrade with the brand’s 2026 flagship, this brings some disappointing news. So, here are all the details.
Samsung Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ Specifications Leaked
The Galaxy S26 will reportedly sport a compact 6.3-inch M14 AMOLED display with LTPO technology, adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and HDR10+ support. This latest information arrives from known tipster Gadgetsdata, who shared the info on X (formerly Twitter). Looking at the recent tweet, it is getting a slightly larger screen compared to its predecessor.
Galaxy S26 Plus Specifications:
The more expensive Galaxy S26+ could feature a larger 6.7-inch M14 AMOLED display, which also supports HDR10+ and an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, but with a higher 2K resolution. Much like its predecessor, we can expect robust protection such as Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The tipster also claims that both models will retain an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
For photography, the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ may feature a triple camera setup with a 50MP (main) + 12MP (ultra wide) + 50MP (telephoto). Under the hood, he believes Samsung’s next flagship will be powered by either the Exynos 2600 or the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. To recall, the South Korean tech giant releases the Snapdragon variant in select markets like the US and China, while the Exynos version goes to the rest of the world.
A 4,300mAh battery pack powers the Galaxy S26 with 25W wired fast charging support, whereas the Galaxy S26+ features a larger 4,900mAh cell with 45W wired fast charging. Both models also include USB 3.2 and Qi2 wireless charging support.
