The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra release date may be pushed later than usual, but the rumor mill isn’t slowing down at all. A fresh hands-on video of the upcoming flagship has appeared online, giving us our clearest look yet at what could be the final Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra design. It comes after recent Galaxy S26 photo leaks, which pointed to a design language similar to the current Samsung Galaxy S25 lineup—though there are a few standout changes worth noting.

@OnLeaks has leaked what the official final Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will look like
Popular tipster Steve H. McFly (@OnLeaks) has shared the latest round of Samsung Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Ultra hands-on photos and videos, giving us a fresh look at Samsung’s upcoming flagships.

He shared dummy unit photos of the Samsung Galaxy S26 in a white color option, while the Galaxy S26 Ultra appears in both white and black variants. In the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra hands-on video, a new camera module is showcased—one that might polarize Samsung fans—yet the phone still retains its flat-sided design with more rounded corners.

When Samsung released the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, its lightweight design immediately impressed me. At just 218 grams, the Galaxy S25 Ultra ranked among the lightest big flagship phones of the year, especially for its size. However, that sleek, lightweight build also came with a downside: noticeably unergonomic sharp edges.

This seems to be improved on the Galaxy S26 Ultra, as the hands-on video with dummy units highlights slightly softer edges along the sides, all while preserving the signature flat-sided aesthetic.

Another significant change on the Galaxy S26 Ultra is its camera island design. Instead of the Galaxy S25 Ultra and S24 Ultra setup, where the sensors protruded directly from the back panel, the Galaxy S26 Ultra could adopt a Galaxy Z Fold 7–like camera module. This marks a clear departure in design and hints at a bolder, more refined flagship look.e
